Ideal hotel, tasty and marvellous breakfast!

Spotless, great value hotel, its location was good and absolutely perfect and next to London Eye, Victoria bus and train station and London's favorite attractions: Buckingham Palace, London Bridge, & Big Ben. Really friendly and extremely friendly personnel at the reception desk, great food and drinks...

I had a fantastic stay at Doubletree By Hilton in London. The location was perfect, with the subway nearby and many attractions within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early after a long flight. The rooms were clean and modern, and I especially enjoyed the basket of apples at the elevator. The gym facility was also a great perk. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly staff who went out of their way to help us after a rocky start to our trip with another hotel. The welcome cookies and flavored water were a nice touch. The large room had amazing views of London and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The location was perfect, with Buckingham Palace just a short 10-minute walk away. We also enjoyed being within walking distance of Knightsbridge and Leicester Square, both about a 25-minute walk. The room itself was stunning, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was also great, providing a good shower experience. The hotel's location near train stations and theaters made it convenient for exploring and attending shows. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to Victoria Station where the Gatwick express terminates. my recent stay in london exceeded all expectations. doubletree by hilton went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration memorable - from the amazing staff to the spacious and clean room, everything was perfect. the location was convenient, right across from the station and next to taxis.

Something was off.

During my stay, I was impressed with the hotel's convenient location, as it was a short distance from both Heathrow and Gatwick airports, allowing for easy travel. Being close to Victoria train station was also a plus, as it provided easy access to other areas and allowed for quick trips to various London attractions. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient to find a place to eat.

There were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom upon arrival. The shower needed cleaning before use, which was a bit disappointing.

Additionally, it was located next to the Victoria coach station, making it easy to explore the city and even venture outside of the city. The hotel's proximity to the main transportation hubs was definitely a plus. There were also plenty of attractions and restaurants within walking distance, which was great. The staff at the hotel, from the front desk to the concierge, were absolutely brilliant and provided excellent service.
